Once your order has been dispatched, use the tracking information provided to follow the delivery of your parcel. You can also find information about your order in your customer account.

We do our best to dispatch your order within 1 to 3 working days after it has been confirmed. This timeframe is indicative and may exceptionally be extended, particularly during busy periods.

After dispatch, the indicative delivery time is 1 to 4 working days for countries within the European Union and 7 to 10 working days for destinations outside Europe. These timeframes start from the date your order is dispatched.

Delivery is free on orders of €70 or more to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg and Germany. For other destinations, delivery charges are payable by the customer and are shown before the order is confirmed.

If your parcel has not arrived within the stated delivery timeframe after dispatch, please contact our customer service team at dontworry@bemini.be and include your order number. We can check the tracking information and help you locate your parcel.

If you are not available, the parcel may be taken to a nearby collection point for you to pick up. If the parcel is not collected within the carrier’s specified timeframe and is returned to us, the order may be cancelled. The original delivery charges will not be refunded and any costs related to returning the parcel may be deducted from the order refund.

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service team within 14 working days of receipt. Include your order number and describe the issue. Photos of the parcel and the products concerned can also help us process your request more quickly.

For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes, import duties or customs charges may be billed directly by the carrier and are payable by the customer.

To make a return, retrieve the return form available in your customer account, place the items back in their original packaging with all labels attached and include the return form in the parcel. Then send your parcel to the following address: ID PLUS S.A. / BEMINI – Customer Service, Chaussée Bara 341 Boîte 5, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium.

The return must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, the return may no longer be accepted.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, returned in their original packaging and include all labels, including sewn-in labels and packaging labels. An item that does not meet these conditions may not be accepted for a refund.

Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. We recommend choosing a suitable, trackable shipping method for your return.

If an item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team at dontworry@bemini.be, include your order number and attach a description and photos of the issue.

The refund is made no later than 15 days after we receive your return, provided the return conditions have been met. It is issued using the payment method used for the order.
